Effective Date: March 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Capguard Protocol Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Doxreporter platform, including all associated services, features, tools, and content available at forcestopper.org (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service in any manner, including browsing the platform, creating an account, submitting a report, or enabling any third-party integration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through platform notices or by email to registered account holders. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Doxreporter is a cyber incident reporting platform designed to allow individuals and organizations to document, generate, and distribute reports relating to online harassment, doxing, cyberstalking, electronic harassment, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, and related cyber incidents. The Service provides report generation, blockchain-anchored IPFS report archiving, optional Google Contacts integration, and email delivery of completed reports to designated recipients.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we endeavor to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. No refund or credit is automatically owing for temporary unavailability unless expressly provided under an applicable subscription or service agreement.
The Service offers both free trial and paid subscription tiers. Free trial access is subject to usage limitations and time restrictions as specified on the platform. Paid tiers provide expanded features, extended retention, and additional report capacity. Subscription terms, pricing, and feature distinctions are as published on the Service at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently terminated.
The Service is intended solely for the good-faith documentation and reporting of genuine cyber incidents. Permitted uses include reporting incidents of online harassment, doxing, cyberstalking, or electronic harassment; generating and distributing incident reports to law enforcement, legal counsel, or relevant authorities; archiving incident documentation for legal proceedings or regulatory complaints; and using the Google Contacts integration to pre-populate authorized report recipient fields.
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice, forfeiture of any subscription fees paid, reporting of the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required, and legal action to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including incident descriptions, uploaded evidence, and report data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content you submit. The Company does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of user-generated reports. Submission of false reports or misuse of the platform to harm third parties may expose you to civil and criminal liability independent of any enforcement action taken by the Company.
You acknowledge that reports finalized and anchored to IPFS are immutable and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Private and sensitive personal identifiers are redacted from reports prior to IPFS anchoring. You should review all report content carefully before final submission. The Company cannot retrieve, modify, or delete content once it has been anchored to IPFS.
If you become aware of User Content submitted through the Service that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of a third party, you may report it to us using the contact information in Section 14.
The Service offers an optional integration with Google Contacts to pre-populate report recipient fields with email addresses from your Google account. By enabling this integration, you authorize the Service to access your Google Contacts email addresses for the duration of your active session only. No Contacts data is stored, retained, or shared beyond the session. You may revoke this authorization at any time through Google Account settings under Security and Third-party apps. Your use of Google's services is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payment processing for paid subscriptions is handled by PayPal. Your use of PayPal's payment services is governed by PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Statement. The Company does not receive or store full payment card details.
The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security practices, or terms of any third-party service integrated with or linked from the platform. Integration with a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement of that service.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at the time of enrollment. You authorize the Company to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on each billing date. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of paid-tier access.
Free trial periods are available to new users as specified on the platform at the time of registration. Trial access is limited to the features and duration described in the trial offer. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
The Company reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period in progress at the time of notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, design, functionality, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of Capguard Protocol Consulting or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights or license to Company intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service as described herein.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.forcestopper.org, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, protect, and handle your personal information, including session data, Google Contacts integration, GCS and Neon backend security, IPFS anchoring with redaction, ISO and HIPAA-aligned certifications, and our monthly purge and two-year retention policies.
You acknowledge that no system is entirely immune from security incidents and that the Company cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and account credentials.
Nothing in the Service or in any report generated through the Service constitutes legal advice, law enforcement action, or any guarantee of outcome in any legal or regulatory proceeding. The Service is a documentation and reporting tool only. You should consult qualified legal counsel regarding your specific circumstances.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, any conduct that the Company determines in its sole discretion to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service, or for any other reason at the Company's discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect, including Sections 5.3 (IPFS Immutability), 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For users located in the Philippines, the Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act) and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). Nothing in these Terms limits the ability of either party to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through informal negotiation before initiating formal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
